The Degree Show is an important event, not only for graduating students, but for the whole of Ravensbourne, students and staff alike.

We feel that there has never been a tradition with the event name. In the past, the event has been known to students by many different names, but most of us call it ‘The Degree Show’. It made sense to change the name as we feel it makes us stand out from other graduate shows.

The way that we have rebranded The Degree Show is essential for the future of Ravensbourne’s graduate shows. Ravensbourne already has an extensive reputation in the industry and we will be using the brand identity to develop a personality for the show.

This year’s personality is colourful. We want industry to notice the work that students have achieved in a professional but relaxed setting and creating a positive exciting buzz, which will be portrayed in the shows intended fun atmosphere.

We wanted to give every student a concept to follow that they can achieve and contribute to the show. Instead of coming up with a strict theme for the show, we have decided to celebrate an aspect in which all students are encouraged to do at Ravensbourne. Collaboration.

When we say collaboration we mean working together with other students to develop something amazing at every step. This will play a big part in how you view the exhibition, how you are guided through the building, and how work will be exhibited. Connectivity is everything.

The Degree Show will be intriguing, inviting its guests to immerse themselves in the environment and interact with the students and installations.

Everyone on the team has been working very hard on providing the most visually pleasing, jam-packed end of year event yet, that will inspire future shows and you can find out the students working on the show on the Meet The Team page.
